HOW WILL I KNOW OwnTheLooks RECEIVED MY ORDER?

On Completing your order you will be redirected to a order confirmation page that shows your order number, this confirms we received your order. We also send you a confirmation email, try checking your Spam if you don't receive this. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address. Please remember to check your spam folder. You will receive separate emails for product and Gift Card orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.

This e-mail tells you that we have received and are processing your order. Keep this e-mail for your records; it contains your order number. You will need to reference your order number when you communicate with us. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.

This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order ship at different times. This email will include a tracking number, hold on to this number so you can track the shipping status of your order. 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY REFUND?

It can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to us. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS ON MY ORDER?

Simply visit our website, and click "Track my shipment" in the top footer or find the "Contact us" page. Both will re-direct you to a page with a Track button. Simply enter the tracking number you received at the time your shipment was dispatched. For more information refer to Delivery page 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON OwnTheLooks?

You may return your new and unused purchased items within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Return policy for more detail 

WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE THAT IS OVER A YEAR OLD?

Unfortunately, no, any purchases over 30 days old are not be eligible for a refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Yes of course you can, simply write to us at info@ownthelooks.com with the order number and the item you want to exchange for and we will be sure to write you back with detailed instructions. 

WHEN ARE DISCOUNT CODES APPLIED?

Discount codes are applied at checkout when you enter a valid discount code.
Discount code does not apply on items that are already discounted or on sale.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT I WANT AT OwnTheLooks?

Luckily, we newly added a pre-order feature, if your product is available for pre-order. It'll show up and simply click Add to Cart or Pre Order and you can check out and secure that item. Refer to Pre-order for more information. 
Other items also include "Email me when Available". Go to the product page and click on the "Email when Available" button, you'll be prompted for your email, confirm the size you want and we will automatically send you a one time email when the item is back in stock. 
Don't see a "Pre-order" or "Email when available" button simply write to us at info@ownthelooks.com, with the item you're looking for and we will work hard to get it for you. You can always expect an email from us with more information about the item. 
We work diligently to keep our online store well stocked, and our online store features a selection of ownthelooks  apparel and accessories. We realize this may not always include what you had in mind. Our goal is to help connect you with the ownthelooks products you need, please send us a message and we will do our best to get you the product you need. 

Is it safe to put my credit card number into this mysterious website?

Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor Paypal and 2Checkout, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
