What is the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, there is a good chance we may restock it. What is the average delivery time?
We typically delivery between 4 to 6 days. However, some items can take up to 12 days to deliver, when viewing an item in the product page we will estimate the delivery time of that item located under the add to cart button.
Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
An order cannot be cancelled once placed, however you can exchange it free of charge (we pick it up and delivery it for free).

Can I refund my order?

What is the status of my refund?
It would take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to us. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
